This session explores how Generative AI and Large Language Models are reshaping Sales Operations by addressing a core operational challenge: the widening gap between compensation complexity and seller understanding. Drawing from real-world implementations and observed operational patterns, the presentation highlights how traditional analyst-driven, ticket-based support models struggle to scale as plans grow more sophisticated and organizations expand globally.

The discussion begins with the operational realities of contemporary compensation environments, where frequent plan changes, multi-layered rules, and nuanced payout mechanics generate persistent seller confusion and recurring support inquiries.
